I had the pleasure of photographing Jimmy Valm this past weekend. Jimmy is the brewmaster for Sodel’s Thompson Island Brewery. I was so impressed with his knowledge of brewing beer and with his in-depth explanation of the beer brewing process. If you haven’t been to Thompson Island Brewery, you need to put it on your to do list. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is extremely warm and inviting and the beer is wonderful!
